Size exchanges

Within 14 days of delivery, unworn with tags attached, we exchange for a different size while stock allows. On made-to-order drops, exchange stock is limited to the small buffer we cut per size — first come, first served.

To start an exchange, message LINE @arthen with your order number and the size you need. You cover shipping back to us; we cover shipping the replacement to you.

Faulty items

If anything is wrong with the construction — a seam, a closure, the fabric — send us a photo within 30 days. We repair, replace, or refund in full, and shipping both ways is on us. This is on top of your rights under Thai consumer law.

What we cannot take back

Worn or washed items (except faults), and items returned without prior contact.
