Pre-order Policy

How a drop works

1. A drop opens with a fixed pre-order window and a minimum batch size.
2. You order and pay by PromptPay transfer. Your slip is verified by hand within 24 hours.
3. When the window closes, fabric is milled and production begins — about four weeks.
4. Every order ships at once, each with its own tracking number.

The minimum-quantity condition

Each drop needs a minimum number of orders to go into production. Progress is shown on the product page.

If the minimum is not reached by the closing date, every order is refunded in full within 7 days. You do not need to contact us — refunds are issued automatically to the account that paid.

Payment holds

An unpaid order holds its size for 24 hours. If no payment slip is uploaded in that time, the order expires and the size returns to the pool. Upload your slip on the payment page; if it is rejected (wrong amount, unreadable), you will get an email with the reason and a fresh 24 hours to fix it.
