What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect: your name, email, phone number, shipping address, optional LINE ID, optional height and weight (for size advice), and the payment slip you upload.

What we use it for

• Fulfilling and shipping your order, and contacting you about it.
• Verifying payment.
• Size recommendations, when you share fit information.
• The waitlist and drop announcements, when you opt in.

We do not sell or share your data with anyone except the delivery carrier (name, address, phone — what is needed to deliver) and our infrastructure providers, who process it on our behalf.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept as required by Thai tax law. Waitlist entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Under the PDPA you may request a copy of your data or its deletion (where the law allows) at hello@arthen.example — we respond within 30 days.
